GENERAL READING TASK
The General Training Reading test consists of three sections and 40 questions. It focuses on situations you might face in everyday life, work-related issues such as applying for a job, and topics of general interest. The extracts in each section are taken from books, magazines, newspapers, notices, advertisements, company handbooks and guidelines.
ABOUT LISTENING

Reading is the second module attempted during the final test.

It is a 60 minutes test of your reading skills and you are advised to spend 20 minutes on each section.

There are three sections in the reading test. Each section comprises of a reading passage and 13 to 14 questions. There are 40 questions in total. The first 2 passages in general training has 4 different and small sections whereas, the third one is long single passage.

You must write all the answers on an answer sheet while reading because there is no extra time for transferring answers.
